NAMC Northern Ohio Chapter (NAMC NOH), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources for minority contractors, launched a “No 2 Hate” campaign in response to present-day abuse experienced on some construction job sites. The purpose of this campaign is to discourage harassment that frequently goes unreported on job sites. NAMC NOH has set up a toll-free phone number 855-NO-2-HATE (855-662-4283) as well as created this dedicated page on our website for any job site worker to send feedback about illegal harassment on a site. NAMC NOH will then work with the respective parties (CMAR, owners) to help facilitate resolution of any issues. To spread information about the availability of this service, NAMC NOH will print signs/posters and decals for hardhats/helmets that will be freely distributed to Northern Ohio job sites. NAMC NOH will share information about this campaign to its chapter members and publish on social media sites.
